What licenses does JAMMS administer?

The Copyright Act of Jamaica 1993 granted performance right in sound recordings for broadcasting and public performance of said sound recordings, which includes terrestrial, digital and satellite transmissions. Music users are therefore subject to a mandatory license for the use SRCOs music. JAMMS was established to administer the licensing, collection and distribution of royalties from such licenses taken by various categories of music users including non-interactive streaming services that use satellite, cable or Internet methods of distribution.
