Obtaining the JAMMS license for streaming is dependent on your ability to satisfactorily meet conditions of our license. We distribute the license fees paid for streaming of our members' music, in line with the actual usage by you. As such, each Webcaster is required to provide list/s of the music actually streamed.
Is the music service provider/streaming service aware that you will have a license agreement from JAMMS, for the streaming of music, which requires you to provide a playlist of the music streamed during the sessions?
